Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Amy was always a wonderful Aunt, from the time I first remember her. She loved family and seemed always to cherish our visits and it showed. It does not surprise me that Amy lived to be 98. She seemed to be the youngest of all my Aunts and Uncles. Her memory will always stay with me.

  2. My condolences to the Peterka Family,

During this time of great sorrow, may it comfort you to know that others are deeply touched by your loss. I too know the pain of losing someone dear. Even though our hearts are broken, rest assure that our Grand Creator cares about you personally (1Peter5:7) and can help you through this difficult time.
Revelation 21:4 speaks of a time soon when God will do away with death forever. There will be no more sorrow, heartache, or pain. May your happy memories and sure scriptural hope comfort your hearts during this painful time.

  3. Amy wrote me many letters when I was in Air Force in Saudi Arabia for the Persian Gulf War (20 years ago). She was my Dad’s (Ron Blachford) 1st grade teacher in a one room school house in northwest Hand County. She told me a couple of funny stories about my Dad in the first grade. She was a special lady.
