Deepest Sympathies to you and your family…my daughter Jessie(Cammie) told us of the news and I had the pleasant vision of seeing you and your husband at all the “games”. It is always so wonderful when grandparents play such an important role in their grandchildren’s lives as your husband did. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
The students, faculty, and staff of the Catholic Schools of the Eau Claire Deanery–especially Regis High School–send our prayers.
I am sure Grandpa Nissen was a wonderful man. He must have been very proud of his lovely daughter Vickie and her husband Bill as they raised their four children to be strong, intelligent, faith-filled young adults.
Christmas will be very different this year, and very hard. Nothing quite prepares us for the loss of a parent. I hope and pray that you find your memories a comfort. You will have a new and very special angel cheering for you and your family.
Your Friends in the Catholic Schools of Eau Claire
