  13. Gosh, so many years have passed, where has the time gone? I remember Mrs. Moncur walking into the classroom and just with her presence, the room went still so we could listen to what she had to say. It’s hard to believe that was so many years ago, but yet it was. I would like to send hugs via email to each and every person in the family. Life will never be the same, but the memories are richer for having had Arlene in it. Gone, but NEVER forgotten. May sincere thoughts comfort you at this time.

  14. Steve and I had the pleasure of being your mom’s English students, and she was one of my favorite teachers. 16. When I think of Arlene I remember her gentle personality, her sparkling blue eyes, her adorable giggle and her wonderful desserts@! I had Mrs. Knudsen as an English teacher but then was so fortunate to know her as my parents neighbor and the wonderful and gracious mother to Kristi, Stacy and Bill. Whenever we returned to Miller for vacations, my kids loved to go to the Moncur home and be spoiled by Arlene. She will be missed by many but remembered as a special treasure and wonderful lady.
