Kevin E. Titze, 62, of Gettysburg passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Dougherty Hospice House, Sioux Falls, surrounded by his family.
Memorial Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church, Lebanon, with Pastor David Otten officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon. All are welcome to attend but for those that are unable to attend, a live broadcast of the service will be available. For those that are able to attend, the wearing of masks will be required.
Kevin E. Titze was born January 13, 1958 to Kenneth and Caroline (Steensen) Titze in Gettysburg, SD. He graduated from Gettysburg High School and went to work immediately holding various jobs around the Gettysburg area until his health declined. Kevin enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.
Kevin was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Lebanon.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Caroline, Sioux Falls; sisters: Karen Harsh, Sioux Falls and Karma (Shane) Muller, Crooks; brothers: Kendell (Pam), Aberdeen, Karl (Sondra), Sioux Falls and Kurt, Sioux Falls; many nieces, nephews; two great nieces; and a great nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
The family of Kevin wish to thank Monte Bruns for his friendship to Kevin and Mark and Anne Robbennolt for being such great neighbors. They would also like to thank the many friends and family that have reached out offering their support.
Luce Funeral Home of Gettysburg has been entrusted with Kevin’s arrangements.




Caroline, Karen and the entire family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Kevin in high school. His infectious smile and laughter! He had such a kind soul! My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Kevin was such a great guy, spent many fun times in Lebanon at the roller rink and then through High School. Kevin had that geat courageous smile and a heart of gold!
