Tiffany C. Red Water, 31, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe member of Bismarck, ND, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021, at St. Alexius Hospital, Bismarck, ND.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. MDT, Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at First Baptist Church, Eagle Butte. Burial will follow in the LDS Cemetery, Cherry Creek, SD. A wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 18, 2021, at the church with a procession from the 4-mile at 4:00 p.m.
Tiffany Christine Red Water was born January 10, 1990, in Bismarck, ND, in the early morning, to Robert Red Water and Dody Black Moon. She lived most of her life in Bismarck and Mandan, ND.
Tiffany met Gustavo Oliva Solis, and she had two children: Angel Oliva Solis and Ana Lia Oliva Solis; along with Dejah Red Water and Eliza Red Water (deceased baby).
Tiffany is survived by her mother, Dody Black Moon; children: Angel and Ana Solis, and Dejah Red Water; siblings: Trent Red Water, Kyle J. Red Water (Miranda Schnabels) of Pierre, Wilson Red Water (Brandi Phillips Red Water) of Eagle Butte, Jay Lynn Red Fox of Eagle Butte, Miranda and Dillion Waggoner of Shelley, Idaho; and nieces and nephews: Riot Red Water, Robert Jr., Carolina Isabella, and Jonni, Edricc, Bryon, Liam, and Elaina.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Eliza Red Water; father, Robert Red Water; brother, Matthew Red Fox; and cousin, Terri Rae Collins.
Luce Funeral Home of Gettysburg has been entrusted with Tiffany’s arrangements.

I Am So Sad 2 Hear That Tiffany Went Back 2 Heaven So Soon. I Am Glad 2 Know That She Got 2 Experience Life By Creating A Family Of Her Own Though.. I Went 2 School With Her & It Never Is Easy 2 See A Former Classmate Has Gone So Soon. Life Is Precious & Short… Anyone Who Has Spent Time With Her Knows That.
