Virginia Gladys Weber Jenner was born March 6, 1928 in Virgil, South Dakota area to Wilhelm and Pauline Buechler, then adopted as a small child by Emil and Amelia Weber.  She married Walter Jenner on September 18, 1946.  They farmed north of Vayland, South Dakota until they retired in 1997 and moved into St. Lawrence, then she moved to Mount Vernon, Ohio in 2001 to live next door to her daughter.  She moved to her eternal home on December 3rd with family at her bedside.

Her faith in the Lord was very important to her; she consistently sought out the good in people. Her faith and family was what was most important in her life.  She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Mount Vernon.

After retirement, Virginia volunteered at a local hospice unit, hospital, and Interchurch.  She enjoyed taking care of her many flowers surrounding her home.  She enjoyed quilting, making them for family members, Flying Horse Farm Camp, and for Quilts for Kids.  Embroidery was her passion in her later years, spending many hours making treasures for family members.  She looked forward to her Friday afternoon game day with her friends.

Family memories will be cherished by one son, Steven (Pat} Burleson, Texas; three daughters: Shirley (Randie) Timpe of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Susan (Steve) Bales of Sioux City, Iowa, DeeAnn Horner of Conroe Texas; seven grandchildren: Brian Jenner, Stephanie Thomas, Barrie Timpe, Kevin Timpe, Josey Bales, Christopher Horner, and Megan Blizzard; ten great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; one brother, William Scheibe; two sisters: Marlene Rittle and Lenora Ireland; and many nieces and nephews.
