William Dolliver, 82, of Pierre and formerly of Highmore, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Avera Mary House in Pierre.
Burial will be at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miller, at a later date.
Luze Funeral Home of Highmore has been entrusted with William's arrangements.

Bill was a very good man, I grew to have a treasure of a friend with Bill. He had his special way. And each of us enjoyed our time with him! He left a large hole on 1 st floor, he will always be missed!😇
Oh, Bill! Like Deb said, we LOVED Bill! He was a wonderful part of our MaryHouse family and we all, individually shared many, many very special moments and conversations with Bill. On his grumbly days you could feel the emotion and passion in his comments, on his sweet days he was full of happy memories of 'Mom' and very grateful with 'please and thank yous' and on his goofy days he would gut bust laugh at whatever was going through his mind. Have missed you since the first moment I heard you were gone, Bill! I hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we did ours with you! I think you did! Glad I got you to have freedom to listen to and try to appreciate music @ MH regularly and got try a waffle for breakfast- (and adore from that first day!)… a couple of little 'finer things in life' items! Many things will remind me of you, my friend! xo!
