Donna Rae Morseth, 65, of Miller, formerly of Leola, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at her home.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Miller, with Rev. Rhonda Wellsandt-Zell, officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
Donna was born February 24, 1958, at Redwood Falls, MN to Mabel (Pearson) and Richard Morseth. She graduated from Leola High School and attended Mount Mary College in Yankton. Donna earned her LPN degree from SE VoTech in Sioux Falls and her RN degree from Huron University. She was employed as a registered nurse at Violet Tschetter Nursing Home in Huron for 29 years. She married Brian Seeman on April 16, 1994 and gave birth to her only daughter on August 21, 1992. Donna loved her family, history, and her dogs.
Donna is survived by her husband, Brian Seeman; daughter, Lexi Morseth; grandson, Sawyer Morseth; and best friend, Marcie Bent.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant twin sisters.
Reck Funeral Home of Miller has been entrusted with Donna’s arrangements.

I was so sorry to hear of Donna's passing. Marci called and told me the news and shocked I was. It has been years since we talked but we were great friends growing up in Leola of which I will cherish forever. I have so many great memories of her.
