Jamie Christopher Loken, 47, of Sioux Falls, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Doughtery Hospice House, Sioux Falls.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2025, at Luce Funeral Home, Faulkton, with Pastor LeShea Avery presiding. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery, Seneca.
Jamie Christopher Loken was born November 1, 1977, in Aberdeen, SD to Linda Bryant and Greg Loken.
Jamie enjoyed music, performing as a vocalist in two bands: Pathetic and Painflux and as a DJ for Spitball. He had a passion for motorcycles, with a career as a Harley mechanic, and he enjoyed building custom motorcycles.
Jamie is survived by his mother, Linda Bryant; father and stepmother, Greg and Beth Loken; sister, Carissa Gonzales (Frank); brother, Justin Loken (Chara); and nephews: Nicholas, Nathan, Kaden, and Landon.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents: James and Phyllis Bryant, Kenny and Lenora Loken, as well as his grandma, Alice Kessler; his brothers, Cory and Zachary Loken; sister, Melissa Loken; and niece Kylee.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all friends, family, caregivers and hospital staff.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Dougherty Hospice House, 4509 S Prince of Peace Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.
Luce Funeral Home of Faulkton has been entrusted with Jamie’s arrangements.
