Funeral service were held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Reck Funeral Home in Miller with Rev. Brian Jones officiating. Burial followed at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miller.
Charles is survived by his parents: Jessica M. Horkey and Charles R. Myre of Huron, SD; grandparents: William Hildebrandt of Owatonna, MN, Nancy (Jim) Castonguay of Miller, SD and Marvin J. Parmely of Scottsburg, IN; siblings: John, Kaycee, Allice and Krissandra; uncles: Brett Parmely, Shadow Parmely, Dakota Parmely and Aaron Castonguay, and many great uncles and aunts.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Otis and Natalee Parmely; great grandfather, LeRoy J. Heath; great grandmother, Carol Hildebrant; brother, Casper Levi Horkey; and great-grandparents: Junior and Maggie Myre.
Reck Funeral Home of Miller has been entrusted with Charles arrangements.
