  1. SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR HUSBAND, FATHER AND SIBLING.
(I DON’T KNOW IF WE ARE RELATED OR NOT. MY GRANDFATHER WAS CLAUDE WATERS AND MY FATHER WAS HAROLD R. WATERS.) MARY E. & RICHARD L. GOUDY

  2. Melvin & Debbie Brueggeman says:

Vic, So sorry to hear of the loss of your father. He was a wonderful, gentle man and will be missed by our entire family. Our older boys remembered well when “Dale Waters” would pull into the yard with his semi. As children they idolized him and when they grew up they wanted to drive a semi like “Dale Waters”. May he rest in peace with the angels. Sincerely, Debbie, Melvin and family

  3. A heartfelt sympathy to your family from ours. God bless you all in this time of need. Tom will be at the funeral for you all.

  4. Dear Cousin Vic & Aunt Pat, We are deeply saddened at the news of Dale’s passing. I will always remember my “Uncle Dale” as a kind, soft-spoken, witty, gentle man. I carry special memories of him in my mind & in my heart. I can picture your dad & mom & you coming through Grandma’s door on Christmas Eve, always with joyful laughter & a big box of gifts! Oh, the Waters family gatherings at Grandma’s house on Christmas Eve…what precious memories we share! Your dad & my dad were brothers & friends, & now they are together once again. I will miss my Uncle Dale. My heart goes out to you, & I pray that in time, only sweet memories of happier times will remain. God Bless. Love, Linda & Vern

  5. Our sympathies on the loss of your husband and father. I have fond memories of Dale’s cheerfulness and funny stories when I stayed with you at the farm. He will be missed.

  8. To Aunt Pat, Vic and family: may God walk with you all during this time of loss. Uncle Dale always had a great laugh that boomed across the farm yard. I’ll never forget his frequent visits and that laugh. He always let “us kids” pretend to drive his 18 wheeler, with him right there beside us, of course. May you take comfort in knowing that in life, he brought many laughs and happiness to those he was around.

  9. Dear Pat, Vic, and Tiffany,

I was sorry to read in the paper of Dale’s death. My prayers and thoughts have been with you this week. Even though I only met Dale a few times, I remember him as a pleasant friendly man with a ready smile. May God’s love and the love of those around you, give comfort and peace.

    Sincerely, Fran Alberty

  10. Victor,
