My thoughts are with Doris's family. She was such a special woman and will be missed. I have many wonderful memories of her growing up with her and Virgil both as neighbors for awhile and very good friends to my parents. Although we lost touch after many years I think of her often.
Patty and Terry and families,
Sending my love and condolences in the passing of your mom. Doris was the most kind, elegant and hard working woman on earth. The memories of both Doris and Virgil, will remain in my heart, forever.
“May the winds of Heaven blow softly and whisper in your ear. How much we love and will miss you, Doris and wish that you were here.”
Sincere sympathies to all the family. Doris was a special person–a great secretary for me while I worked for the Extension Service. She was always so easy to visit with even after we were no longer working together.

We always enjoyed Doris coming over on the 4th with Bev for supper and fireworks. The grandkids remember she would bring icy pops. We have missed that over the last few years. A very special lady.
Hugs and prayers
