Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I heard of the passing of Dorothy into heaven this morning.  She was a real special lady. We enjoyed the time spent with her at worship services and I really enjoyed visiting with her when Mom was her roommate at the healthcare center .  Sometimes I would wheel the two of them outside as she loved to sit out when it was nice.  Although she had arthritis in her hands I never heard her complain. Praise God she is free from that pain now and I imagine her and Mom are up there visiting now.   Our prayers are with you all.  May God bless you with peace and strength to get through the days ahead.   Harlan and Sharon Smith

  2. My heart is saddened learning of Aunt Dorothy’s passing. There are so very few of Grandpa Frank’s relatives even less to answer the questions over the generations.  Peace in Christ, Aunt Dorothy.

  5. So sorry for your loss. Although it has been years, I remember what a nice lady she was.
    Hugs and prayers.

  6. Dorothy was such a special woman, always a smile and an encouraging word for others   God be with each of you as you celebrate her life.

  7. Very sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. I have known her since I was a little kid. We all went to school together and another generation has passed. She may well have been the last of that generation from Banner Township. She and my mother always enjoyed each other's company, especially when they both lived in the Manor.
You will miss her dearly, but you have a stack of memories and will never forget her. Best of wishes to you at this time of sorrow.
