Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My heart was saddened hearing of the death of Mavis. This is a woman who would simply make me smile whenever I was near her. While I mourn her death and while I pray for you in this time of loss, I celebrate the woman she was and the life she lead and the promise that she is in the blessed arms of her creator.
Eternal rest grant her, O Lord and let light perpetual shine upon her.

  2. Mavis was the best mother in law a woman could ask for. She never had any bad words about anyone.
She was a very hard working woman, working in several different business she and Wayne owned. Never complaining of hard work in fact she even continued mowing her own lawn up to her entering the nursing home.
    Bye mom, love you.

  3. Kathy –

    She really was 100. 🧡

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

  4. I got to know Mavis while quilting with the Lutherans. She was such a sweet lady. I made her some gluten free buns once and she told me they were delicious. I thought they tasted like paper. She wouldn't hurt anyone's feelings. Such a delightful lady. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

  5. Lucille, May fond memories sustain you in the days to come.   It’s never easy when our moms pass.  Praying for your comfort.
