Patricia Juhl, 93, of Sioux Falls and formerly of Miller, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society in Sioux Falls.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church in Miller, with Rev. Allison Galbreath officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miller.
Patricia Lucille Wilson, born on November 22, 1931, in Bonilla, South Dakota, to Raymond and Gwen (Horn) Wilson. Patricia spent her early childhood attending a country school near Bonilla before the family moved to St. Lawrence, where she completed her education and graduated from high school.
Following graduation, Patricia worked at a local bank in Miller for several years. On April 1, 1951, she married the love of her life, Donald Juhl, in Miller. Their union was blessed with five sons: Mark, Greg, Brad, Kirk, and Eric.
Together, Patricia and her husband owned and operated Quality Cleaners for over 30 years, building a legacy of hard work, service, and community dedication.
Patricia had a zest for life and a wide range of interests. In her younger years, she loved to dance and often spoke fondly of those memories. She was a passionate antique collector, and she and her husband took annual vacations with the purpose of seeking out unique treasures. She also loved to read and was known for her thoughtful and kind spirit.
Above all, Patricia cherished her family and many dear friends. Her love, warmth, and laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Kirk (Joan) Juhl, Crooks SD, granddaughter, Shannan Burns, Canton SD, great grandchildren: Dristen Heeren, Cadance Heeren, Tayne Heeren, Olivia Heeren, Canton SD; son, Brad (Terry) Juhl, grandson, Austin Juhl, son, Mark’s children, grandson, Matt (Alysia) Juhl, great grandchildren, Aiden, Danika, Dominic, and Morgan Juhl; son, Greg’s children, granddaughter, Brooke (Dan) Jennings, great granddaughter, Jadelyn and Hailee Jennings; son, Eric (Jane) Juhl, grandchildren: Derek (Naomi) Juhl, Taylor (Madeline) Juhl, and Adam Juhl, great grandchildren: Bennet, William, and Sullivan Juhl; sister, Barb Koonce; special cousin, Mike Hazard; and all nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Donald Juhl; sons, Mark and Greg Juhl; parents, Raymond and Gwen Wilson; brother, Charles Wilson; and great grandchildren: Hope and Faith.
Reck Funeral Home of Miller has been entrusted with Pat's arrangements.

To Patty's family, I feel so sorry for all of you. Patty was a beautiful, amazing, caring, and understanding person who always had a smile and a good word for everyone. I remember all the Thanksgiving, and family meals her and Don would do. Growing up Patty, Charles, & Barb, Aunt Gwen were a big part of my life.
Patty's family you have my deepest heart warm love with you during this sad time.
My heart and prayers go out to the Juhl Family! ❤️. Every time I saw Pat over the years she was engaging and optimistic, and I’m thankful I was able to spend a little time with her this past Christmas.
