Rhonda Renee (Fox) Pohlman, age 50, of Pierre, South Dakota, was called to her heavenly home on December 24, 2020 at the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls. 

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021 at the Onida Cemetery, Onida, SD.

Rhonda was born November 4, 1970 in Gettysburg, South Dakota and adopted into the home of Winfred and Clara (Tobin) Fox of Onida, South Dakota.  She attended elementary and high school at Sully Buttes in Onida, graduating in 1989.  

Rhonda married Stephen (JD) Pohlman in August 1997 in Pierre. They later divorced. She is the mother of two beautiful children, Liam and Greta Renee.   

Rhonda was a beautiful, intelligent woman who was feisty and outspoken.  She always lit up a room with her smile and sense of humor. She loved her family deeply, especially her children.  Among the things she loved to do were to cook, bake, read, and be with family and friends which would lead to the jobs that she had.  Rhonda was also a talented artist and had a great love for music whether it be listening, dancing, or playing the piano.   

Rhonda is survived by her two children; sister, Karen (Bill) Donahue of Onida; and several other family members and close friends.   

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Tom Fox.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Luce Funeral Home, 502 E Commercial Ave, Gettysburg, SD 57442.

Luce Funeral Home of Gettysburg has been entrusted with Rhonda’s arrangements.

A Graveside Service was held on January 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Onida Cemetery, North of the Court House in Onida, SD 57564
