Guestbook

  1. I’ve known Arth for nearly 50 years–since we both embraced the Baha’i Faith as young people. I was glad to reconnect with him in the last couple of years after having lived far from Arizona for a long time. Arth was a gentleman. He was also so very bright and eloquent, abetted by that wonderful, theater-caliber voice! It was a pleasure to converse with him about the biggest of questions for long hours in our youth. And it was a gift to be able to see more and more of his tender heart as things became so difficult for him toward the end. God bless you, Arth, my friend.

  2. My condolences go out to Art’s sister, and to any other relatives that he may have. He was one of the kindest and politest of the people that I have known. We will all miss him. I’m the guy that Art stayed with for several months before he moved to South Phoenix. And, my boy and I helped him move to El Mirage. Art came to a study group in my house for several months while he was here, and for a while afterwards. Please email me. I have some of Art’s stuff. When he moved to El Mirage, he left it with me until he was to call for it. He never did, of course. I haven’t inventoried it. He said it was stuff that he valued but didn’t have any immediate need for.

  3. I’ve known Art for over 50 years. He was a major influence on me at the time I was studying the Baha’is Faith. In the past few years, we got to re-connect after a long absence, and it was good to get to know him at the other end of our lives. Although weighted down with physical challenges, he did everything he could to develop his soul, in preparation for the next world. There are lots of people in Mesa who will miss him and pray for him, and I’m one of them.
