I am so sorry to hear about Alvina. She was such a sweet sweet lady. I LOVED to hear her tell her stories. I could tell the last few times I ate at her table that she was getting tired. Thinking of you.

I am a very old friend to Alvina Bauer (and Ed). I last spoke with her not long before she passed. We shared about our love for the Lord and I let her know then how much she had positively impacted my relationship with the Lord. She was an amazing person,so full of love and compassion for others. She excepted me when the majority of people in that state rejected me due to my upbringing in a poverty home situation. She was so encouraging. I will always remember Ed and Alvina Bauer with love honor and respect. I know one day we will meet again and we will be the best of friends again!! I only know one of her son’s and that is Del. Prayers for him that he still holds his relationship with Jesus Christ as the most important thing in life. Until we meet again, Kris Mueller
