RIP Albert 🙏 I remember you being around Pierre and Fort Pierre areas. I served you several times at the Ramkota Restaurant. Such a sweet and gentle man.

Albert Cummins, 79, of Kennebec, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2026, at Faulkton Senior Living, Faulkton.
A private burial will be held at a later date in the Kennebec Cemetery.
Albert was born on July 28, 1947, to James and Mary (McGee) Cummins in Lyman County. He spent some time at the state hospital in Redfield. After leaving the hospital, he went to Job Corps in New Jersey.
He is survived by his siblings, Verna Pudwill of Leola, Nancy Goehring of Aberdeen, Barbara Hall of San Antonio, TX, Jimmy of California; along with several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary; sister, Patsy Stotts (2019); brother, Clifford (2006); and nephew, Aaron Pudwill.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Faulkton Senior Living Center, for the great care they gave to Albert.

My siblings and I are sad to hear of Albert’s passing. We grew up across the street from Mabel in Fort Pierre. Him and Mabel would let us do chores for a couple dollars so we could get some worms for fishing and a soda. When we talk about our memories when we were kids, we often talk about Albert. He looked out for us.
