My heart goes out to all of you as your grieve. We rejoice that Betty is now in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
To the Casey Family,
Betty was a blessing to our church and to us personally. She did such a beautiful job decorating our church. I think of her many times as I enjoy the fruits of her labor for our church. We were blessed to have Betty in our lives. May you find comfort and peace in the knowledge that Betty is now with our Lord. Judy and Jerry Thorman
Dear Elsie & Phyllis & to Betty Lou’s family,
Please accept my sympathies on the passing of Betty Lou. My connection to Betty Lou comes from the many Jensen reunions she attended and the stories that my dad Robert shared of his time on the Larsen farm at Gettysburg. She had vibrant personality one that I know you will all dearly miss. I wish that I could be with you but other events will prevent Mom & I from attending her funeral. Again, my deepest heart felt sympathies to you all.
Sorry about Betty’s pssing and will pray for her and her family. In recent months I was able to give to Betty a picture I took of Betty in 1958 in front of Vail’s Drug on main street. She enjoyed viewing it…when she was younger.
My sympathies and prayers go out to Betty’s family during this time of sorrow. Betty Lou was much loved and highly respected by me. She was influential in a couple of steps in my career path and I’m forever grateful to her. We did have some great times back in the day with the ‘fly boys’ at the USAF radar site in Gettysburg, two of whom we eventually married. Her jolly and infectious laugh is something that many of us will never forget. I’m a better person for having known her and have tried to pay that forward.
Offering our heartfelt sympathy an prayers to all of Betty Lou’s family.
Sincerely, John and Jane Hoffert
