  1. Heaven is richer today , for a Christian has arrived home. I fondly remember Gertrude as my Sunday School teacher at Beulah church there in rural South Dakota where I grew up. Miss the laid back less stressful times with friends I was privileged to have known.

  2. Gertrude was a special friend to our family & my parents down through the years! Many memories of times spent visiting her. Thankful for her & her friendship to my parents! Prayers for the family during this time.

  3. Gertrude and I shared a deep love of sacred music. I appreciated the times we were able to share with each other. She was generous with her talent and encouraging words. So glad met her.

  4. I have many wonderful memories of time spent with my great "Aunt Gert" each summer we visited her at the farm. She was always a pleasure to spend time with and was an incredibly strong woman with a humble servants heart.

  5. I have many precious memories of my great Aunt Gert. I remember spending time in her farm house and making ice cream with her. I also remember spending time with her at nursing home and listening to play the piano. She will be missed. She was much loved
