My thoughts are with you, the Schilder family, at this time.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Schilder family. You could never take the JOY out of JOYce! She always had so much energy, a strong servant spirit, and a positive can do attitude! She could feed 5,000 without batting an eye, which always had a sparkle in it. She loved people and served as matriarch of the Schilder generations with strength and character. Blessed are the memories of all the saints!
Joyce was such a "giving" person, love for people and was a boundless advocate for the community. She had more energy than most young people. She made the "world’s best" caramel rolls. My sincere sympathy to the Schilder family , God guide you as you cope with your loss.
Joyce was such a gem….it was always a treat to run into her somewhere and see her beautiful smile and hear her joyous greeting. She was a shining star.

Such a sad day to hear this news. Joyce was such an amazing woman. She had more energy than most teenagers. Even after many years of being away from the community, she always remembered my name. Thoughts and prayers to the entire family for your loss.
On behalf of the whole Schmidt family, we would like to express our sincere sympathy for your loss. It was great seeing Joyce at the many sporting events. She would always stop to say hi and inquire about Mom (Eleanor) and/or Dad (Lefty). Thinking of you!

Dear Bill and family, Sorry to hear about Joyce in her passing. I got to see your video presentation, you did a great job on it. I wonder who got stuck with that job?! The pictures were great and you have a very large family. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers, at this special time of need may God bless your family and watch over you. I can’t believe that Joyce is gone she seems like she would live on forever. She was so cheerful and happy and very caring to everyone that she came into contact with. May she rest in peace with the Lord and we all know that she will be our guardian angel watching over us here on Earth. Goodbye to an amazing 4-H leader of the 4-H Cloverettes. She will be greatly missed. Love and prayers to your family. Your neighbor girl Carol.

What a special lady. I’ll always remember Joyce’s wonderful smile and kindnesses, such as hosting the double bridal shower for my sister and for me. And I’ll think of her up in heaven having coffee and sharing memories with my mom Veronica and their friend Clara!
