Louisa Harvell, 80, of Highmore, passed away Monday, July 13, 2009 at the Highmore Healthcare Center.
Funeral service were held 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2009 at Luze Funeral Home in Highmore with Pastor Roger Day officiating. Burial followed in Morningside Cemetery, Ree Heights. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service.
She is survived by her five children: Mike (Susan) Turgeon, Rebecca (George) Sandoval, Mark (Shirley) Turgeon, Wendy Turgeon, all of Colorado and Lori Koeck of Ree Heights, SD.
Luze Funeral Home of Highmore has been entrusted with Louisa's arrangements.

Family of Louisa
Louisa was so special to all of us here at the Heathcare Center both staff and residents. She will be missed by all of us, and I am so grateful to have met such a special woman. I will miss her wonderful sense of humor.

I worked at the nursing home occasioanlly and my mother was a resident there. I liked to tease your Mom about her feet, she was so ticklish. She was so easy to visit with and I enjoyed talking to her. May God Bless you.
